Admission Procedure
At Jai Shriram Public School, we follow a transparent and systematic admission process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for parents and students. Our admission process is designed to evaluate each child's academic readiness, learning potential, and overall development.
Admission Procedure
Enquiry & School Visit
- Parents are encouraged to visit the school, meet with our admission counselors, and understand the curriculum, facilities, and teaching methodologies.
- A detailed school tour can be arranged upon request.
Application Form Submission
- Parents must collect and fill out the admission application form, which is available at the school office or can be downloaded from the school website.
- The form must be submitted along with the required documents (listed below).
Fee Payment & Completion of Formalities
- Parents must complete the fee payment within the specified period.
- The student will receive an admission number and be officially enrolled in the school.
Confirmation of Admission
- Once the student clears the assessment, parents will receive an admission confirmation call or message from the school.
- The admission is confirmed after the payment of the admission fees.
Interaction & Assessment For Kindergarten & Primary (Mont 1 - Grade 5)
- An informal interaction is conducted to understand the child's learning ability and social skills.
- For Middle School (Grade 6 & above): A basic entrance test may be conducted to assess the child's proficiency in core subjects.
Required Documents for Admission
Parents are requested to submit the following documents during the admission process:
- Birth Certificate - Copy of the child's birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation.
- Passport Size Photographs - 5 recent passport-sized photographs of the student.
- Parent's Photographs - 5 passport-sized photographs of both parents/guardians.
- Aadhaar Card Copy – Both the child's and parents' Aadhaar copies for identity verification.
- Previous School Report Card - If applicable, the student's latest report card for admission in Grade 1 and above.
- Transfer Certificate (TC) – Required for students seeking admission to Grade 1 and above.
- Community Certificate - If applicable, a copy of the caste/community certificate for government records.
- Medical Certificate - A health and vaccination certificate detailing the child's medical history.
- Parent's ID Proof - Copy of Aadhar card, passport, or any valid government-issued ID proof of both parents.
- Address Proof - Any government-recognized document confirming the residence address.
